Customer Reviews
Quick service, tasty nougats
Ordered some nougats de montélimar. They shipped fast. The nougats were fresh and delicious. No issues with the order or delivery. Would buy again.
Consistent quality every time
I've bought dragées amande avola from Confiserie des Arcades a few times now, and they're always excellent. This last order for a family event was no different. The quality is consistently high, and they always arrive well-packaged. That's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect.
Good chocolates, quick shipping
I ordered some chocolats artisanaux last week, just a small box for myself, and they were really good. They arrived pretty fast, earlier than I thought they would. The packaging was nice too, nothing was squished. I would totally order from here again when I need a little treat.
Nice products, delivery was okay
I got a selection of pâtes de fruits and some caramels au beurre salé. The quality of the sweets was definitely top-notch, really fresh and tasty. The delivery took a bit longer than I hoped, about a week, but they did arrive safely. I wish there was a wider range of smaller mixed boxes, but overall, I was happy with my purchase and the value.
Good deal on dragées
I was looking for dragées mariage and found a good price here. I bought the dragées chocolat and they were a decent value, especially for the quantity I needed. Shipping was free because I spent enough, which helped save a bit. It felt like a solid purchase for what I paid.
Detailed review of my order
I placed an order for several items including mendiants, orangettes, and a small box of ganaches. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received a confirmation email immediately, which was good. The package arrived in about five business days, and everything was very carefully packed with appropriate cushioning to prevent damage. The chocolates themselves were fresh and tasted authentic. I especially liked the orangettes; they had a great balance of citrus and chocolate. The only minor thing was that the tracking update wasn't super frequent, but the delivery did happen within the estimated window. Overall, a positive experience and I'd recommend them for artisanal sweets.

Hey, thinking of ordering some of those sugared almonds for a party. Does anyone know how long delivery usually takes to the US?
Is it easy to return stuff if I don't like it? Like if the dragées arrived all melted or something?
Anyone know if they ever do free shipping to the US? Or is that only for orders within France?
Are their chocolates really artisanal like, handmade? Or is it more of a factory thing with fancy packaging?
